My Experience is Amazing with Service and Quality of the work being conducted with my Vehicles. I Believe that when the customer service and quality of craftsmanship goes hand and hand. Jeff is quick,accurate and courteous, Grant with Knowledge in Equipment and I can actually trust This Group of Individuals to work on Personal Vehicle and Work Vehicle. Good Job in task that is not easily accomplished, willing to get it done correctly the First time and reasonable rate.

I was having an emissions issue and they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. They were up front with the price which was very reasonable. I'll keep going back for all of my car needs.

I went in with an open mind... I knew I could get what I needed done elsewhere for a cheaper price but decided on Milex. Got me in right away but I was charged $512.00 for breaks and rotors, an oil change and for a few bulbs to be replaced. I paid over $250 in labor and I was under the impression this would be breaks and rotors for the entire vehicle. Car was finished and I asked if everything felt and drove correctly and I was informed there was still some shaking in the front end of the vehicle. I asked why and the tech explained they made a mistake and didn’t do the front. Why? I made sure to ask questions and understand the process before agreeing to anything and paid over $512 for just the rear of my car... and I asked them to just fix it all in general. Milex admitted they made a mistake and are offering for me to order parts for the front rotors and they won’t charge me labor. I think they really tried to screw me and I’m super unhappy about it. I trusted Milex and was willing to pay more for quality/trustworthy service. I asked what they would do to make it right and their only option is to have me buy another $169 worth of parts and be done with it. I just don’t understand it. That $512 was all I had and they jipped me. Period. I can’t really say how I feel about the service here. For sure feeling ripped tf off because I’m a female in a time crunch to get my breaks done. If anyone has any input on the situation or a solution I’m listening. Really didn’t expect to be in this situation.
