From when I first walked in the door until they returned my keys to me FIRST CLASS service all the way. This is now my "go to" auto repair shop. I have taken my car to Milex 3 times now, and have had exceptional service every time. They are very polite and friendly, and they have never made me feel pressured into getting more work done on my car than necessary. In fact, my dealership had given me a laundry list of things that they thought I needed done, but when I had Milex do a free diagnostic on my car, they actually said that there were a few things that I really didn't need to have done (at least not yet). I recently had all 4 tires replaced with Milex & had a wonderful experience. They let me give my preferred price range & they searched for a great tire in that price range that met my needs. I will most certainly continue using Milex for many of my car care/repair needs.

Last minute trip and they got me in right away to maintenance my car before I headed out! Very friendly!

I own an older car that overheated within a couple of blocks of Milex. They got me in immediately, diagnosed and replaced the water pump tension pulley and belt within an hour. Dropped my family off at a local resturant while we waited. They are honest, competent, and friendly. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. They are bringing back honesty, competence and good service to the auto repair business. Thanks Milex

These guys did a phenominal job, and i am picky with mechanics. These guys helped me with my alignment issue and helped me with getting some parts with warranty. Dont think twice about coming here. Grant will take care of ya and so will his team.
